We are looking for an IT lead generator to join our team

Position: 

Your responsibility will be to generate leads primarily on two platforms: Upwork, and either LinkedIn or email campaigns (depending on your experience). 

This is not a position where strict processes are given. You are expected to proactively explore ways to achieve the objectives.

We are an 8-year-old software development company headquartered in Switzerland. Our team is distributed across Eastern Europe, primarily in Ukraine and Poland. We offer to our clients IT staff augmentation, tech recruitment and custom software development.

Requirements: 

- min. 2 years of experience;

- advanced English;

- experience with Upwork and another lead generation platform (LinkedIn, emails, …);

- proactive and curious to try new strategies; 

- ambitious to grow in the role and in the company.
