Growth Marketer Offline

Weblium is a SaaS website builder platform that enables anyone to easily create a site using ready-made blocks.

We are looking for a marketer with experience in the U.S. market, someone with proven success stories and bold ideas — a confident and creative professional who will help us identify growth opportunities, attract new audiences, scale our business, and move the company toward market leadership.
 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in user acquisition and the ability to work across multiple acquisition channels. You’re open to learning and exploring new channels as well.
  • Hands-on experience and successful cases in growing SaaS products in the U.S. market.
  • Experience in SEO/PR and/or building partnerships in the U.S.
  • Advanced level of English and confidence in verbal communication with English-speaking audiences.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English – you can draft emails or write concise, clear points for landing pages (no long-form article writing required).
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses and assess the feasibility of initiatives. You’ve tested dozens of hypotheses to grow product metrics and have a proven track record of implementing marketing activities that deliver real business results.
  • High level of autonomy and initiative – you’re a true self-starter.
  • Revenue is your primary performance metric.
     

Your future challenges:

  • Experiment with different acquisition channels to find scalable ways to grow in the U.S. market.
  • Identify growth opportunities in marketing, analytics, and product.
  • Build B2B partnerships with platforms, services, and other potential collaborators.
  • Propose creative ideas to increase brand awareness, attract new users, and retain or win back previous users.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve processes and contribute growth-focused ideas.
  • Define and track key metrics (MAU, paying users, LTV, etc.); analyze the product, competitors, communication channels, and user feedback to generate insights and hypotheses; run experiments to improve performance indicators.
  • Optimize processes to test hypotheses faster and more efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports on results and progress.
