Head of Marketing Offline

Weblium is a SaaS website builder platform that allows anyone to easily create a website using blocks.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with proven experience in Tier 1 markets, successful case studies, and bold ideas — a confident and seasoned professional who can help us identify growth opportunities, attract a new audience, scale the business, and position Weblium as a market leader.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and successful cases in growing SaaS products in Tier 1 markets.
  • Advanced English proficiency and readiness for verbal communication with English-speaking audiences.
  • Revenue is your primary performance metric.
  • Experience in SEO and/or PR, or partnerships in the U.S. market.
  • Solid background in User Acquisition and the ability to work with diverse acquisition channels — along with a willingness to explore and master new ones.
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses and evaluate the feasibility of initiatives. You’ve tested dozens of hypotheses aimed at metric growth and have a track record of successfully implementing marketing activities that drive business performance.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and current trends in digital marketing — including traffic acquisition, affiliate marketing, SEO, PR, content, market research, data analysis methods, and popular digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategies for scaling in international markets.
  • Discover business growth opportunities across marketing, analytics, and product domains.
  • Increase brand awareness, attract new users, and retain or win back existing ones.
  • Collaborate with department leads to generate ideas for process improvements.
  • Define and track key metrics (e.g., MAU, paying users, LTV), analyze product performance, competitors, communication channels, and user feedback to gain insights and formulate hypotheses.
  • Run experiments aimed at improving selected metrics.
  • Optimize internal processes to test hypotheses faster and more cost-effectively.
  • Report on results and maintain performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans focused on increasing business profitability, while staying within the allocated marketing budget.
  • Set objectives and identify areas for improvement in both sales and marketing.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and report on ROI.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Fully remote work — you can work from anywhere in the world.
  • Flexible schedule (start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m., 8-hour workday).
  • 15 days of paid vacation per year and 5 sick days.
