Mid/Senior Node.js (Nest.js) dev to $4000

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll be a key driver of our architecture, performance, and backend systems. You won't be handed tickets to blindly execute — you’ll shape the technical roadmap, own problems end-to-end, and ship systems that are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.

What You’ll Do

● Design, build, and maintain core backend systems that power the Beebolt platform

● Own complex product and infrastructure challenges from start to finish — from design to deployment and monitoring

● Lead architectural decisions on APIs, services, and data flows with scalability and performance in mind

● Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to ship features that matter

● Review code, mentor other engineers, and help us raise the bar on engineering quality

● Help us shape our backend stack, DevOps culture, and long-term technical foundation

What We’re Looking For

● 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally in fast-paced, product-led environments

● Deep understanding of modern backend architectures, distributed systems, and API design

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills — you don't just identify issues, you own the fix

● Clear communicator, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

● You care about code quality, simplicity, and maintainability — and you write tests to back it up

● You thrive in early-stage environments where speed, ownership, and impact matter

Nice to Have

● Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B collaboration platforms

● Background in building AI-integrated products or workflow systems

● Familiarity with data modeling, observability best practices, and performance optimization
