As we scale up our digital presence, we're launching a new e-commerce website and mobile application for the MasterZoo network.

Requirements:
 

• Demonstrable experience creating robust LLM-backed tools, encompassing expertise in prompt engineering and automated evaluations.
   
• 3+ years of comprehensive experience in full-stack development, with exceptional proficiency in Python, React, and JavaScript (including its framework Node.js).
   
• Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform, including practical experience with
   
• Apigee API Management and/or Application integration platform, to develop and deploy scalable and reliable solutions.
   
• Excellent debugging skills coupled with the ability to expertly manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
   
• A high level of ownership and unwavering accountability, particularly when dealing with sensitive or business-critical data.
   
• Strong, articulate communication skills and a deeply collaborative mindset, capable of effectively translating complex technical concepts to diverse internal and external audiences.
   
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with shifting priorities, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
   
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally with teams outside of traditional product development, including direct client-facing interactions.
  
  Responsibilities:
   
• Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize internal tools and systems that harness AI to automate existing workflows and dramatically increase employee productivity.
   
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams and directly with our clients to deeply understand their challenges, and then identify and champion high-impact opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovative client solutions.
   
• Rapidly prototype, develop, and swiftly deploy small, impactful AI-enabled utilities or automations into production, ensuring quick iteration and demonstrable value delivery.
   
• Act as a high-trust owner of critical systems that may handle sensitive data or business-critical logic, upholding the highest standards of security, reliability, and accountability.
   
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that newly developed tools are enthusiastically adopted and deliver obvious, measurable value, thereby cultivating a pervasive culture of AI-driven efficiency across the organization.
   
• Stay rigorously updated on the latest models, tools, and advancements within the dynamic AI and Google Cloud ecosystem, directly applying that knowledge to your impactful work at our organisation.
   
• Address complex client-facing challenges by developing, integrating, and optimizing sophisticated AI-powered solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Google Cloud technologies, including, but not limited to, ApiGee or Low code/no code Application integration platform.
