Hooh – це AI-first startup. 
Ми бачимо, що зараз обʼєм та концентрація інфо, що обробляє людина – збільшується, та дуже скоро всі ми перейдемо на новий рівень узагальнення в комунікації та прийнятті рішень, аутсорснув AIшці колупатись в деталях.
Це як з одягом, котрий ми вже давно не робимо собі самі.
Почуваючи тренд, вирішили зіграти на упередження, та почали розробляти свою систему, яка буде обслуговувати ту саму генералізацію процесів, яка нас всіх чекає.

Але як і все велике починається з малого, ми теж стартуємо з чогось зрозумілого, від якого будемо надалі відштовхуватись.
Почали з AIшки, що допомагає фотографувати, сумарізувати та менеджити документи юзера.
Зараз дуже цікава стадія ресерчу, в якій ми крісталізуємо продукт, маючи на думці баланс між ультра фʼюча та чимось земним, сьогоденним.

Отже, гонимся за інновацією, а не за ROI.

CEO about the role: “We’re looking for a Product Owner/Manager who can take ideas from “what if …?” to production launch and measurable impact.”

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder communication – gather, clarify, and translate requirements into clear specs.
• Product framework execution – generate & validate hypotheses, write feature descriptions and user stories, prioritise them on the roadmap.
• Task creation – craft precise technical and functional tickets for the dev team.
• Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with engineering, support, and business stakeholders.
• Analytics & experimentation – design A/B tests, analyse results, iterate to improve the product.
• Reporting & documentation – prepare reports, presentations, and maintain Confluence/Jira spaces up to date.
• Idea validation & metric tracking – continuously monitor key product metrics and validate new ideas.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, etc.).
• Confident with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets (or equivalents).
• Teamwork and basic project-management experience.
• Understanding of discovery processes, release cycles, and feature-evaluation frameworks.
• Critical, systematic thinking; ability to foresee risks and craft logical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Talent for breaking down tasks and turning chaos into a structured workflow.
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to high quality.
• Flexibility in fast-changing environments; initiative, proactivity, and good self-organisation.
• Growth mindset and willingness to keep learning.
• English for documentation.
   

Nice to have: previous experience on an AI product or in a SaaS startup.
