Data Visualization Intern (preferably Vinnytsia) Offline

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our analytics team as a Data Visualization Intern. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning raw data into actionable, visual insights using tools like AWS QuickSight, Apache Superset, OpenSearch, and Kibana.

You’ll help us bring clarity to metrics related to video performance, social engagement, and ecommerce outcomes — helping Vimmi and our clients see what truly drives results.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Build clean, interactive dashboards to visualize: Video views, Product clicks within videos, Cart additions, Purchase amounts, Source traffic (site vs social media)
   
• Work with data from tools like:
  • Shopify, Meta, TikTok, YouTube;
  • Vimmi’s internal event tracking system;
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand data needs;
• Clean and prepare datasets for visualization (basic SQL or guided pipeline use);
• Document dashboard usage and recommend improvements.

🧠 Requirements:

• You’re currently a student in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field;
• Familiar with at least one of the following:
  • AWS QuickSight;
  • Apache Superset;
  • OpenSearch Dashboards;
  • Kibana.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and metrics (CTR, conversion, views, funnels, etc.);
• Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, or JSON event data is a plus;
• Curious, self-driven, and not afraid to ask questions or iterate on feedback;
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team.

💡 Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Shopify or social media API analytics;
• Python for light data wrangling (Pandas, etc.);
• Eye for UX/design when building dashboards.
