Talent sourcer
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Talent Sourcer to help us find and engage top-tier candidates — both for urgent roles and to build a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
This is not just keyword-based sourcing. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, research deeply, and influence how we hire.

We expect:
Sourcing & Hiring Strategy
- Build a sourcing strategy.
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, communities, and other platforms.
- Build and improve our candidate acquisition funnel and filtering strategy.
- Provide recommendations on sourcing tactics, messaging, outreach flows, and market focus.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research: salary benchmarking, regional trends, competitive hiring activity.
- Build and refine Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICP) in collaboration with leadership.
- Research and propose new candidate channels — platforms, communities, events, tools.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality cold talent pool for proactive recruitment.
Collaboration & Influence
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to support critical hiring needs.
- Advise on strategic hiring approaches: who, where, and how to hire.
- Contribute to building our employer brand and internal sourcing playbook.
You are perfect for this role - if you have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or IT Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Demonstrated experience with market research, and sourcing funnels.
- Strong skills in sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
- Experience working in product or service-based IT companies or recruitment agencies with international clients.
- Confident written English (Intermediate+) for candidate outreach and collaboration.
- A strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
- A desire to have a real impact on hiring quality, not just fill roles.
