AI QA Engineer — Spark

At Readdle, we built Spark to create the best email experience for professionals and their teams. In 2016 this intelligent email application became available across all Apple devices. After a crazy start on the iPhone and based on the customer’s positive feedback, we couldn’t but launch it on Apple Watch, iPad and Mac. And Spark for Mac was crowned as “Best of 2016” by Apple!

Currently, our team is looking for a skilled AI QA Engineer, responsible for the Spark AI quality inside team.

What you will do:

• Test AI-powered features across multiple platforms (iOS, desktop, Android)
• Build apps using tools like Xcode, WebStorm, Visual Studio
• Run and interpret automated tests, report bugs clearly
• Gather and organize real-world test data
• Evaluate AI feature performance, user interaction, and edge cases
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and prompt engineers
• Support release cycles: regression runs, build reviews, app distribution

About you:

• Experience in QA (manual or/and semi-automated) and a strong analytical mindset
• Basic knowledge of Python and understanding of how APIs work
• Curiosity about AI and how prompt-based systems operate
• Ability to work with version control and testing tools
• Experience working with AI tools
• Proactive communicator and team player
• Attentiveness, product orientation, risk management, self-management, and ability to self-learn
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Will be a plus:

• Experience with cross-platform testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or test automation
• Interest in user behavior, UX testing, and product quality metrics
