Frontend Developer (React + Svelte) Offline

About the Project
We are building a modern housing and booking platform designed specifically for students and young professionals arriving in large metropolitan areas (e.g., London, Manchester, etc.). The platform enables fast, secure, and user-friendly discovery and booking of affordable private accommodations and verified listings.
You will work in a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product owners to develop and scale a web application with high visual and functional quality.

     Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive, responsive web interfaces using React and Svelte
• Implement new product features including listing views, search filters, booking workflows, and user dashboards
• Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Refactor and optimize performance for mobile and desktop experiences
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into working components
• Maintain and extend the shared design system (Storybook)
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests

• Participate in code reviews, estimations, and architecture discussions
   

  Requirements
   

• 3+ years of commercial experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Production experience with Svelte or SvelteKit
• Strong understanding of state management (React Query, Zustand, Redux, etc.)
• Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Solid knowledge of CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., TailwindCSS, Styled-components)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant UIs
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2+)
