HR Business Partner

The role is based in Kyiv, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible.

 

At Quantum Systems, we develop and produce innovative small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) that transform decision-making through aerial intelligence. As we expand our mission, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will help us in building the teams that shape the future of autonomous flight systems.
 

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Establish onboarding processes from the ground up and continuously optimize them
  • Partner with line managers to launch and maintain performance reviews, feedback, and development systems
  • Drive headcount planning, reporting, and organizational design
  • Support the implementation of career frameworks and compensation & benefits systems
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including coordination with third-party provider for personnel and military record management
  • With the guidance of German HR team, drive the Personio HRIS system implementation in Ukraine and maintain accurate people data onwards
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, culture development, and policy creation

     

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR/People roles, ideally across both startups and corporate environments
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation
  • Proven success in stakeholder management and building systematic HR processes from scratch
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in HR metrics and analytics
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; high autonomy and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, discretion, and emotional intelligence
