User Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a motivated User Acquisition Specialist to join our global fintech team. This is a great opportunity to advance your expertise in digital marketing by working with paid traffic channels across diverse markets and leveraging a wide range of advertising tools. You’ll manage international performance campaigns, experiment with new ad formats, and collaborate with an experienced team to achieve measurable growth.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads/Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads, etc
  • Monitor key metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS) and optimize campaigns based on performance
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
  • Write simple ad copy, prepare creative briefs, and give feedback on ads
  • Research audiences, trends, and competitors to find new growth opportunities
  • Ensure proper tracking (pixels, UTMs, analytics) and flag any issues
  • Stay up to date on ad platforms, trends, and best practices

     

Requirements

  • Experience running ads on Google Ads/Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads or similar platforms
  • Hands-on skills in launching, monitoring, and adjusting ad campaigns, including audience targeting
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics: CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate
  • Skills to analyze campaign data, spot trends, and suggest improvements (Excel/Sheets skills)
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, AppsFlyer) and UTM tagging basics
  • Ability to write simple ad copy and understand what makes creatives perform well
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher (comfortable with reading, writing, and basic communication)

     

Will be a plus

  • Experience of working with FinTech field
  • Experience in working with budgets from 30k USD monthly
  • Practical experience in user acquisition in Asia, LATAM, South Africa, and Europe markets
