QA Subject Matter Expert — Contract Testing (Pact/Pactflow) Offline

We’re looking for an experienced QA Subject Matter Expert to join our team and lead the adoption of contract testing practices using Pact and Pactflow across multiple product teams.

This is a critical role in our quality strategy, and we’re seeking a professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, working closely with developers, architects, and QA engineers.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of hands-on contract testing experience, ideally in microservices-based environments
• Strong knowledge of Pact and Pactflow: setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  Experience integrating Pactflow into CI/CD pipelines across different environments
• Familiarity with TypeScript or willingness to work in a TypeScript-based ecosystem
• Upper-intermediate level of English 
   

Nice to have:

• Experience acting as a QA advisor or coach within agile teams
• Ability to promote and scale best practices across teams
• Proven track record in building internal testing capability through documentation, templates, workshops, and coaching

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and scaling of contract testing using Pact/Pactflow
• Set up and configure Pactflow; integrate it into CI/CD workflows
• Support product teams in building their first contract tests
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to identify high-value contract testing opportunities
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
• Guide pilot teams through full contract testing lifecycle
• Define and promote internal standards and best practices
• Deliver documentation, training sessions, and starter templates to support wide adoption
• Contribute to creating a culture of quality and ownership
