We’re Vidalytics.com. A video marketing platform that helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses in the face of bigger, better-funded competitors. We do this with the advanced tools in our video marketing & hosting platform. We’re 9 years old 🎂 and growing at a sustainable pace each year. And you’re going to be a part of the team that will add a few zeros to that growth rate. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing (Job Tasks) 😃

 

  • Collaborating with PMs, QAs, and senior engineers to ship high-impact features
  • Building and improving video marketing tools used by our customers
  • Designing, extending, and maintaining APIs
  • Investigating and resolving bugs alongside our support team
  • Working with data: analytics, queries, and insights to drive decisions

 

Requirements 😃

 

  • Expert-level PHP 8 skills
  • Experience with microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong attention to detail and a First-Time-Right approach to implementation
  • Solid English communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Deep SQL-based database knowledge, especially under high load
  • Heavy AI user – you actively leverage AI Agents to write, refactor, debug, and research code faster. If you’re not already using AI daily, this role isn’t for you.

 

Nice-to-have 😃

 

  • Strong product mindset - you think in user impact and business value
  • Experience with BigQuery and analytical data workflows
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its ecosystem
  • Knowledge of Pub/Sub or similar event-driven architectures
  • Experience with Laminas / Zend Framework
  • Bonus: exposure to Golang or Node.js
