Full-Stack FinTech Developer (Node.js / PHP)

The role

Join our small, fast-moving team to build and own mission-critical FinTech services—from initial architecture to production rollout. You will design and implement high-volume transactional systems, integrate payment cards and gateways, and extend our platform with blockchain / crypto-asset functionality.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end development of new features and micro-services in Node.js (TypeScript, Nest) and occasionally PHP.
• Model complex financial transactions with strong consistency and auditability in mind.
• Build clean, well-documented APIs that power card issuing, acquiring and payment flows.
• Integrate external providers (banking, KYC, FX, on-chain data) and maintain robust automated tests & CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate directly with product and ops; own technical decisions, timelines and delivery.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ professional experience shipping production code, including at least 2 years with Node.js.
• Solid PHP fundamentals (Symfony or Laravel a plus).
• Hands-on background in FinTech: card rails, payment orchestration, settlement or e-money ledgers.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts (wallets, smart-contract calls, custody / Web3 SDKs).
• Proficiency in relational databases, message queues and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Self-starter who communicates clearly, enjoys ownership and thrives in an agile environment.
• Professional English (spoken & written).
