Senior Full-Stack Developer (React/Node.js) Offline

Our customer is a leading SaaS provider reshaping how temporary workforces are managed at scale. Their technology powers staffing operations at major venues across Europe.

They have launched a platform purpose-built for managing thousands of event staff in real time, and it’s already active in iconic venues.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the R&D team and take full ownership of critical platform features — from design through deployment.

You will contribute to a robust modular architecture using React and Node.js, building scalable solutions used by tens of thousands of workers.

REQUIREMENTS

— 5+ years of backend development experience (Node.js);
— 5+ years of frontend development experience (React);
— Deep understanding of scalable, modular architecture;

— Fluent in English;

— Collaborative, curious, and reliable mindset;

— Bonus: experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or large-scale SaaS products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Own end-to-end feature development in React and Node.js;

— Design clean, reusable, and scalable code architecture;

— Conduct code reviews and help raise engineering standards;

— Collaborate closely with product and design teams in a fast-paced environment;

— Mentor junior developers and drive innovation across the team;
— Build solutions that perform under pressure in live event environments.
