Senior HR Business Partner

We're at the early stage of building our People Partnering function and are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to co-create and lead key HR practices across several teams. This role is for someone who combines strategic perspective with the ability to deliver hands-on — and who sees HR not just as a service, but as a system that enables people to do great work and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with team leads and managers to deeply understand business priorities, organizational challenges, team dynamics, and opportunities for enhancing performance;
- Own and continuously optimize HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, development, feedback culture, internal mobility, offboarding etc.), ensuring agility and adaptability to evolving business needs;
- Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, proactively consulting and coaching managers on team health, clarity, growth, and leadership capabilities;
- Identify early signs of disengagement or mismatch and guide teams to proactively address these issues with empathy and clarity;
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and propose strategic, actionable solutions;
- Embed company culture and values into all people processes, decisions, and interactions, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization;
- Drive operational excellence by identifying quick-win projects and longer-term initiatives aimed at improving People & Business processes, proactively leading their implementation and measuring impact.

Requirements

-  5 years of proven experience in people or team management — you’ve personally held responsibility for leading others, driving results through a team, or running critical team-wide initiatives;
- In-depth knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the entire HR lifecycle;
- Hands-on experience leading and implementing projects independently;
- Experience working in conflict situations — including resolution and facilitation;
- Proven experience using HR metrics to identify trends, draw insights, and inform strategic decisions;
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation;
- Good level in Excel and Google Sheets, including confident use of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc;
- Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian — our team spans multiple locations.
