Technical Support Engineer (Python knowledge required) to $650 Offline
Weβre seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support our applications during weekend night shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 23:00β07:00). This role involves maintaining systems, resolving bugs, and ensuring application stability.
π Location: Remote
π Schedule: Weekends, 23:00β07:00
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to client inquiries via chat, email, ticketing systems
- Escalate complex technical problems to the engineering team when needed
- Monitor system performance and ensure service uptime during assigned hours
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure
- Document incidents, resolutions, and contribute to internal support documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and knowledge sharing
 
Qualifications:
- 1 (or 0.5+) year of experience working with Python/Django
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
-  Team player with good communication skills
 
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Awareness of web application security best practices
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
