Data Analyst. Research Specialist Offline

Project Title: Contact Research Specialist (Phone Number Enrichment for Landowners). Data Analyst

Project Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us enrich a dataset of U.S. landowners with accurate phone numbers. You’ll receive a spreadsheet with owner names and addresses and will be responsible for finding valid contact numbers using online tools and publicly available information. This is a one-time project with clear scope and expectations.

Scope of Work:

• Review records of landowners (Individual, LLC, Trust, Company, Church).
• Use online research tools (e.g., TruthFinder, PeopleDataLabs, Google, LinkedIn) to locate working phone numbers. You can suggest your tools that you prefer to use.
• Add at least 2 verified phone numbers per record, when possible.
• Flag deceased owners and search for relatives if needed.
• Clean and deduplicate data; only include active, verified numbers.
• Document your sources and ensure data accuracy.

Deliverables:

• A completed spreadsheet with enriched phone data
• Notes for each record explaining verification or issues
• Proper formatting for integration into our internal CRM

Requirements:

• Strong research and data validation skills
• Experience with skip tracing, data enrichment, or real estate data preferred
• Fluent in English; ability to understand U.S. name/address conventions
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like TruthFinder, PeopleDataLabs, Google search, and LinkedIn

Compensation:

This is a one-time project with the ability to get more in the future. The pay for the whole project $750. We expect you to get it done within 3 to 5 days.
