Data Analyst (BI/Data Quality) to $2000 Offline

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our product team. You will be working with a Power BI–based analytics platform designed for a stable and long-term client base, where the dataset is already well-structured and mature.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data validation, client communication, and maintaining data accuracy prior to its integration into analytical reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track data submissions from clients
• Validate and structure incoming data files (Excel, CSV, etc.)
• Communicate with clients to clarify inconsistencies or missing data
• Prepare data for integration into Power BI reports
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across historical data
• Document validation logic, common issues, and data update flows
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel /Power BI 
• Experience with Power Query
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, systematically, and proactively
• Ukrainian – fluent; English –upper intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in BI/reporting or data quality control
• Understanding of data domains such as agriculture, logistics, or finance
