Must-have:

• Perfect understanding of OOP, FP, and RX
• Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
• 5+ yrs shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU)
• Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Fluent English, proactive communication
• Lead code reviews, mentor devs
• Pragmatic over perfect — avoids over-engineering, ships incremental wins fast
• Quality guardian — prioritises testability, clean code ahead of quick hacks
• Radically transparent — openly shares plans, blockers, and progress; no surprises

• Humble-yet-assertive mindset (“disagree & commit”) — confidently challenges ideas with data and clear logic; once a direction is chosen, closes the debate, takes full ownership of execution, and delivers the result end-to-end.

You will be responsible for:

• Own architecture & feature delivery end-to-end
• Drive reliability, simplicity and best practices
• Integrating mobile apps with web services
• Conducting code reviews
• Working closely with the other teams throughout the app development process
