Lead Generation Specialist
We're AdFlagger, a SaaS product that helps businesses protect their brand and traffic from ad hijacking and fraudulent PPC activity. Our clients include fintech, gambling, crypto and high-competition verticals where paid traffic is under constant threat.
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can find the right people, reach out with relevance, and generate demand without relying on templates or guesswork.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain lead lists: CMOs, Heads of Marketing, PPC Managers, Affiliate Leads in target industries
- Craft and test cold outreach emails & LinkedIn messages that feel human, not robotic
- Research each prospect’s context: brand presence, PPC activity, affiliate exposure
- Track responses, analyze reply quality, and constantly improve your flow
- Work closely with sales to transfer qualified leads with insights and triggers
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B lead generation or outbound SDR role
- Hands-on experience with email outreach tools and lead enrichment platforms
- Working knowledge of analytical tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Google Search Console to identify brand queries, ad activity, and competitor exposure
- Understanding of performance marketing (PPC, affiliates, brand bidding, cloaking)
- Fluent written English (B2+ minimum)
- Analytical mindset: you measure, test, and refine
Proactive, autonomous, and focused on quality over volume
Nice to have
- Ability to analyze branded traffic leaks, keyword cannibalization, or paid vs. organic split
- Competitor analysis using tools or custom scripts
- Experience working alongside marketing or SEO teams to align on lead targeting
Forum / Slack / Reddit outreach experience
