Strong Junior Project Manager

CipherCross offers complete development services – from turning fresh ideas into ready-to-use MVPs to providing support after launch. We work on both mobile and web applications.

We are now seeking a Strong Junior Project Manager who can effectively manage multiple app projects independently. You will be part of a team and handle 3-4 projects at the same time. In the beginning, our Project Manager and COO will guide and mentor you, helping you succeed in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Run several app development projects on your own.
• Team Coordination: Hold daily stand-up meetings with a team of 6 members.
• Sprint Planning: Plan sprints, track progress, and make sure goals are met.
• Status Updates: Keep project statuses updated and create clear reports.
• Client Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, listening to their needs.
• Change Management: Manage change requests by documenting them, checking their impact, and coordinating adjustments.
• Project Evaluations: Review projects and performance to keep quality high.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company.
• Language Skills: Good spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).
• Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of mobile and web development technologies.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects at once in a busy setting.
• Communication: Strong skills in talking and working with others.
