Web Developer/Designer to $3500 Offline

About The Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Time Web Designer/Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both designing and developing websites, landing pages, and web interfaces for our clients and internal projects. You’ll work closely with our marketing and development teams to build visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized digital experiences.

This is a fully remote, full-time position with preferred working hours from 12:00 to 20:00 CET to ensure full overlap with our European-based team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, WordPress, and Squarespace
• Build a website from scratch or redesign an existing one
• Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies into web design
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional web experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and project goals
• Analyze and improve existing landing pages for better conversions
• Troubleshoot and debug websites to ensure functionality across all platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web design and development
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and development work
• Proficiency with Webflow is a must 
• Experience with WordPress and Squarespace
• Solid understanding of conversion-optimized landing page design
• Hands-on experience in CRO techniques and UI/UX implementation
• Ability to analyze landing page performance and propose improvements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience working with an SEO company is a plus
