Senior Fullstack Salesforce Admin/Developer Offline
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Senior Fullstack Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our growing consulting team. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce administration capabilities with hands-on experience in development (Apex/Visualforce) and a solid understanding of AppExchange tools and cloud-based integrations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across different clients, tailoring solutions to fit their unique business processes and driving operational excellence through automation and smart system design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration & Optimization
Maintain and configure Salesforce environments, including custom fields, objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and user permissions. Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple client instances. - Flow Automation & Process Builder
Design and optimize automation processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to enhance user experience and team productivity. - AppExchange & Tool Integration
Implement, manage, and support third-party AppExchange applications, including Service Cloud and productivity-enhancing tools. Experience with tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, Gong, Salesloft, DealHub/CPQ, and e-signature apps is highly preferred. - Salesforce Development (Apex & Visualforce)
Support basic development tasks using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components where necessary. Collaborate with developers and admins to deploy scalable customizations. - Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, RevOps, and Support teams. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. - Data Management & Migration
Oversee data imports/exports, deduplication, and large-scale data updates. Maintain clean and reliable CRM data. - System Integration
Configure and manage integrations with marketing and sales tools like HubSpot, Zoom, and internal APIs or middleware platforms.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in consulting or multi-client environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, permission sets, profiles, validation rules, and schema design
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce (basic to intermediate)
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and implementation of third-party tools
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Understanding of RevOps metrics: pipeline, opportunity stages, ARR, support/service KPIs
- Bonus: Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt solutions to different client needs
- Comfortable working 16:00–01:00 Kyiv time
