About Trialize
Trialize builds AI-powered software that accelerates clinical trials. Intuitive, polished interfaces are critical to turning complex healthcare workflows into friction-free experiences for researchers and patients.
Why we need you
We move fast. We ship prototypes in days, test, iterate and promote the best ideas to production. To keep up, we need a hybrid UI/UX Designer / Coder who owns the journey from Figma concept to coded, interactive prototype—without hand-offs or bottlenecks.
Must-have experience
- Expert-level Figma and Framer skills—auto-layout, variants, tokens, motion.
- Fluent vanilla CSS and JavaScript; comfortable dropping to raw code for pixel-perfect control.
- Ability to read and lightly refactor React and Vue components in the context of animations and UX polish.
- Proven track record building solo prototypes with shadcn/ui, Radix or similar headless libraries.
- Solid grasp of Material UI (MUI) patterns and theming.
- Daily power-user of AI dev/design tooling (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).
- Portfolio that features at least one SaaS product—ideally healthcare or life-science.
- Systems thinker: you model constraints (tech, timeline, compliance) before you draw.
- Fast, autonomous, reliable—able to scope work realistically and hit the deadline you set.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP), accessibility audits or design tokens automation.
- Familiarity with clinical-trial workflows or regulated design environments (HIPAA/GDPR).
What success looks like after 3 months
- Your design system covers 80 % of UI patterns used across the platform.
- Stakeholders can click through end-to-end flows in Framer or shadcn prototypes within a week of brief.
- Engineering adopts your coded components with minimal rewrites, accelerating release velocity.
