Core Responsibilities
 

Own the Backend Architecture

• Design, build, and maintain the APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Make foundational decisions about how we scale and secure our systems.

Build and Lead the Engineering Team

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor the team.
• Define backend development standards and practices.

Collaborate Directly with Customers

• Join implementation calls, understand real-world workflows, and translate them into backend solutions.
