🔍 We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst for full-time office employment in Lviv who wants to develop, influence real projects, and work in a team, and who will become a key link between clients and our technical teams. If you have an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in an innovative team, we are looking for you!

📌 Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer business processes and formulating clear requirements
• Holding meetings with customers, identifying, formalizing, and agreeing on requirements
• Preparing technical documentation and instructions
• Interacting with development teams during the implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions
• Assessing the scope of work and implementation deadlines

• Continuous improvement of processes and search for optimal solutions for clients

   

✅ We expect the candidate to have:

• Ability to work full-time at the office in Lviv
• Up to 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields
• English language skills — B1+ level (strong communication skills)
• Deep understanding of business processes and the principles of their modeling
• Ability to clearly formulate software development requirements
• Initiative, ambition, structured thinking, interest in technology and automation

💪 Additional advantages:

• Experience in software development or testing
• Knowledge of marketing or B2B sales fundamentals
• Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (Airtable, Make.com, etc.)
• Courses in BA, PM, QA, Software Engineering, or B2B Sales

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
