Project Manager Offline

We’re looking for a  Project Manager to boost the Phenomenon team and push projects through to the finish line! If you are a self-starter and a team player who is ready to take charge of teams and help exceed our clients' expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We need an energetic person who can manage projects and find a common language with all project participants. This person must desire to be actively involved in the team, not stop in front of difficulties, and be happy to solve non-standard cases

Requirements:

- 1,5+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams; 
- Knowledge of web development and UI/UX basics; 
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies; 
- Experience in using ClickUp or other project management software;
- Experience in assessing the scope of work of the project and its prioritization; 
- Effective communicator dealing with both technical and non-technical people; 
- Good time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills; 
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; 
- Advanced English, both spoken and written;

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate the project (websites, landing pages, branding, and art projects) from brief to launch; 
- Monitoring task completion, project team's workload, removing roadblocks, communicating progress to stakeholders; 
- Organizing and maintaining clear project documentation; 
- Managing the expectations both internally and externally; 
- Develop solutions to problems during the project; 
- Keep the team working towards the same goal;
