Our company is looking for talented professionals to join our Recruitment team as junior Talent Sourcer at our Kharkiv office

YOU ARE
- Having experience in the IT industry
- Having a good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
- Possessing a strong understanding of the Researcher's role
- Able to present our company and open roles to potential candidates in a positive way
- Showing effective time-management skills
 
Will be a plus:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- A concept of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

YOU WILL
- Searching and preparation of a list of potential candidates;
- Managing of candidate’s database;
- Designing of corporate resumes;
- Design of reporting documentation to confirm implementation of recruiting options.
