Product + Project Manager (Growth-Driven) to $800 Offline

We’re building Autoflow – an AI-powered sales assistant that works 24/7 to respond to leads, update CRMs, follow up with prospects, and boost close rates without human intervention.
 

We’re looking for a Product & Project Manager to help scale this system — managing the team of sales and potentially other departments like devs, streamlining client onboarding, and helping shape the product through insights from the field.
 

🚀 What You’ll Do:
 

📈 Team Coordination & Management

  • Onboard and manage new team members (like Sales Development Reps and others)
  • Track performance (qualified leads, show-up rates, closed deals)
  • Run weekly standups and report on KPIs
  • Review outreach copy and CRM usage
  • Manage bonuses and performance incentives
     

💬 Client Success

  • Oversee onboarding for new clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the setup phase
  • Ensure clients see early wins and clear ROI
  • Gather feedback to drive product improvements
     

🧠 Product & Strategy

  • Synthesize team and client feedback into product insights
  • Work with the founder to prioritize features and experiments
  • Ideate new angles for positioning
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to achieve impactful business results.
     

📊 Reporting & Analysis

  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Track CRM pipeline health and deal progression
  • Highlight bottlenecks or opportunities in the our work/sales process
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven hypotheses for optimization experiments;
     

🎯 Who You Are

  • Some experience in product management, or client success (bonus if in B2B SaaS or lead gen)
  • Highly organized and self-managing — you thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Comfortable using CRM and other tools (like Jira, Notion, Slack...)
  • Great written and verbal English (client communication is part of the role at times)
  • Bonus: experience with product development or team management
  • Bonus: some experience in AI products or automation tools
