UI/ UX Specialist

Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for crafting intuitive digital experiences? Catch Creation, a fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in pet products, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with UI/UX expertise to join our creative team.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in designing engaging, conversion-focused digital assets—from landing pages and product detail pages to mobile interfaces and email campaigns. This role combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize UI/UX for web and mobile (Shopify, landing pages, etc.)
• Create compelling graphics for digital marketing
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Use data and best practices to improve the user journey and increase conversions
• Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Apply best practices in responsive design, typography, and accessibility
  
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with UI/UX focus, ideally in eCommerce
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Advanced skills in Figma or similar UI/UX tools
• Familiar with conversion design principles and performance-driven layouts
• Ability to balance aesthetics and functionality
• Ability to create assets in terms of simplicity for development
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage feedback loops
• Knowledge of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a big plus
   

Bonus Points

• Experience designing email campaigns
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful)
• Passion for pets (we love what we sell!)
