We are a fast-growing company in Denmark delivering mission-critical software that helps municipalities and private transport operators coordinate and manage daily transportation for citizens with disabilities and special needs. Our clients include authorities and hauliers, and our product helps optimize routes, ensure quality of service, and improve daily lives. As required by EU-NIS2 risk assessment, we have a controlled EU-based supply chain for operations, including servers, OS updates etc, and therefore also have some own-developed infrastructure components, including an integration platform and authentication system for 2FA.
 

We are looking for 2 talented Go developers to join our distributed development team – working remotely from Ukraine – and help build our secure, scalable and resilient IT-system.
 

🚀 About the stack

• Go (Golang) — modern, efficient backend services
• HTMX — no SPA, but full interactivity via server-side rendered HTML
• PostgreSQL + PostGIS — spatial queries for routing and planning
• Podman (docker)
• Ubuntu Linux on servers

Security, reliability and data integrity are essential, as our system must comply with ISO 27001 and EU NIS2-aligned cybersecurity policies used by public institutions in Denmark.

🧠 About you

• You are a strong Go developer with 2+ years of experience in Go.
• You write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• You have good knowledge of PostgreSQL
• You understand API design, integrations and asynchronous processing
• You have experience with REST APIs, background jobs
• You can read technical documents in English and communicate effectively
• You want to work with server-side UI development but can also do backend stuff
• You are a citizen of Ukraine or an EU citizen

Nice to have:

• Experience with other programming languages
• Educational background for software development
• Experience with security, encryption, and compliance
• Interest in doing a positive difference for public sector, transport systems or civic tech
• Interest in being part of a growth company
• Experience with HTMX or similar server-side interaction frameworks
