Senior Node.js Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join iSpeedToLead, a fast-growing real estate investment marketplace, and play a key role in scaling and evolving our high-performance backend systems. You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and AI teams to build reliable, efficient services that power thousands of property transactions across the U.S. each month.

If you’re a backend expert who thrives in fast-paced environments, writes clean and scalable code, and has strong experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Express.js and/or NestJS frameworks.
• Experience with MongoDB, and data modeling for performance.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, RDS).
• Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), and infrastructure basics
• Knowledge of best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

• Strong Git skills, agile mindset, and English communication ability (B2+).

   

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Architect and optimize REST APIs, internal tools, and backend workflows.
• Collaborate with the front-end, DevOps, AI, and product teams to build and improve features.
• Improve system performance, security, and scalability across our distributed architecture.
• Contribute to the transition toward event-driven, modular services.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with unit/integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements.
