About the role:

We're on a mission to turn content into culture, and we’re looking for a designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

This is a high-ownership, high-growth role. You’ll work across social, product, brand, and education, shaping how GenAI shows up across platforms, and helping us move fast without losing design quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Beehiiv
• Create graphics, carousels, templates, and motion assets with clear storytelling
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and product leads to ship high-quality work fast
• Help evolve and implement the GenAI Works brand system

• Contribute to creative strategy, execution, and experimentation

   

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional design experience
• A strong portfolio of social-first, content-led design
• Confident in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects
• Already using native AI tools eg. Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude
• Attention to detail and an instinct for clear, modern layout and type

• A fast, clean workflow, and a willingness to iterate and learn
