What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle - from first cold touch to signed contract, using a modern multichannel outbound playbook (email, phone, social, events).
  • Handle inbound discovery calls generated by our marketing engine, qualify prospects, and advance them to demo/closing stages.
  • Meet and exceed monthly ACV and pipeline-creation targets while maintaining accurate, real-time CRM hygiene.
  • Continuously iterate on messaging, sequences, and ICP insights together with Marketing & Product.
  • Represent Snoika at EU & US trade shows or niche founder events (optional, ~3–6 trips/year).
  • Report metrics that matter - SQLs created, conversion rates, and deal velocity - during our weekly Scrum review.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven success in outbound B2B SaaS or marketing-agency sales: 2+ years hitting or beating quota (please share numbers).
  • Track record of closing €12k–€100k ACV deals with Heads of Marketing, CMOs, or Founders.
  • Comfortable running discovery/qualification calls and tailoring ROI stories around SEO, AI search visibility, or demand generation.
  • CRM-native (HubSpot or similar), adept with sequencing tools (Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent English; additional European language a plus.
  • Based in CET/EET or EDT time zones (or willing to align) and able to travel internationally up to 25 % if event participation interests you.
  • Self-starter mindset, thrives in fast iterations and transparent feedback loops.
