Android Automation Engineer (Appium / Bot Simulation)
We’re looking for an experienced Android Automation Engineer to join a project focused on scalable bot automation on real Android devices (from 100 up to 1000 active agents).
📌 Key responsibilities:
- Automating user behavior using Appium or similar tools
- Emulating realistic actions on real Android devices (not emulators)
- Building scalable and stable infrastructure for high-volume automation
- Developing a central control system with scheduling, task assignment, and logging
- Ensuring device-specific settings like timezone, geolocation, and session handling
🧠 Must-have experience:
- Proven experience with Appium or other Android automation frameworks
- Hands-on work with device farms or ADB-based infrastructures
- Successful delivery of similar automation projects (bots, agents, UI workflows)
- Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns and anti-spam considerations
🎯 Nice to have:
- Experience with automation for content platforms or messaging apps
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Node.js, or scripting for backend control
- Knowledge of CAPTCHA bypass or SMS verification flows (optional)
