Middle Fullstack Developer Offline

We are looking for a React Native Fullstack Developer to join our team on a highly visible facial recognition project designed to assist front desk and sales teams in recognizing VIP clients and delivering a personalized experience.

This role involves fullstack development with a strong focus on React Native (mobile), NestJS with Fastify (backend), and Prisma (ORM) for rapid, maintainable development. You’ll build secure integrations with facial recognition services, internal APIs, and client data systems, working closely with product design and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a React Native mobile app for internal use across iOS and Android devices
- Develop robust backend services using NestJS with Fastify and Prisma ORM
- Integrate facial recognition APIs and biometric services for real-time client identification
- Design secure, privacy-compliant data flows for sensitive client information (PII)
- Work with design systems to ensure clean, consistent UI/UX aligned with internal standards
- Write well-tested, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, IT, sales operations) to refine requirements and deliver solutions

Core Stack:
- React Native (mobile)

- REST and GraphQL API integrations
- Cloud-native deployment (AWS or GCP preferred)

Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years experience as a Fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript Developer
- Strong production experience with React Native (both iOS and Android)
- Experience building APIs and backend systems with NestJS + Fastify
- Solid experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases (Postgres preferred)
- Familiarity with facial recognition APIs, biometrics, or authentication systems (FaceID-style workflows)
- Experience working with secure data, authentication, and privacy-sensitive applications
- Strong grasp of modern design systems and UI component libraries
- Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal supervision

Bonus Experience:
- Computer vision or machine learning integrations
- Experience with CRM integrations or client-facing sales enablement tools
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) or enterprise app deployment
