We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior .NET Backend Developer to join an A-class team of gaming veterans focused on revolutionizing the RMG gaming experience. The project combines live PvP action with exciting, innovative game mechanics in a high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance game backends.
• Build and enhance tools for administration and game monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to ensure uptime and stability.
• Monitor system health and proactively address issues.
• Lead debugging and resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical goals.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of .NET development experience.
• Expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API and .NET 7+.
• Experience with Monolithic and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
• Strong knowledge of AWS and related services.
• Proven ability to design scalable, high-load backend architectures.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and WebSockets.
• Solid SQL and Entity Framework skills.
• Skilled in Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in gaming industry or gaming-related platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
