UI/UX Designer Offline

We’re Hiring: Part-Time UI/UX Designer
~20 hours/week to start — remote, flexible, hourly

Hi! We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency. We partner with fast-moving startups and future-minded companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech — helping them raise over $20M and launch platforms used by Microsoft, Evergrow, and more.

We’re expanding our design team and looking for a part-time UI/UX designer who’s excited about crafting clean, intuitive interfaces that actually help users and businesses succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Design conversion-focused, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
   
• Own UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs in Figma
   
• Collaborate closely with PMs and developers from idea to launch
   
• Iterate based on real user feedback and product data
   
• Contribute to and improve our design systems for consistency and scale
   

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
   
• Strong command of Figma — components, auto layout, variants, prototyping
   
• Good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and interaction patterns
   
• Understanding of responsive design and smooth dev handoff
   
• Clear thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
   

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience working with startups or agile teams
   
• Familiarity with tools like Framer or Webflow
   
• Interest in user testing, data-informed design, or conversion optimization
