Salesforce and Cloud Systems Architect
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Systems Architect & Administrator to join our growing consulting team. This individual will play a critical role in providing systems architecture, administration, and integration services for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce, cloud optimization, Power BI, and other back-office systems. This position requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple companies, understanding their specific needs, and creating customized solutions to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimize Salesforce systems including fields, objects, flows, and data integrity. Experience with Service Cloud and AppExchange integrations is essential. Apex and Visualforce are a plus.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain Salesforce and/or Power BI dashboards and reports for Revenue Operations (RevOps), including pipeline, opportunity tracking, ARR, service, and support metrics.
- System Integration & Administration: Configure and integrate third-party platforms including Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Zoom, Gong, HubSpot (especially marketing features), Dealhub/CPQ, and e-signature tools.
- Cloud Optimization: Optimize AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for cost-efficiency, security, and monitoring.
- Business Process Automation: Work with teams to design and implement functional systems and automation. Drive process improvement for efficiency.
- Project Management: Collaborate with consultants to plan and execute systems architecture projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
Key Qualifications:
- Salesforce Experience: Strong skills in Salesforce admin, flows, object/field management, and data handling. Service Cloud and AppExchange preferred. Apex and Visualforce a plus.
- Power BI Expertise: Experience in building RevOps-related dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- System Integration Skills: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Zoominfo, Gong, Dealhub/CPQ. Familiarity with APIs and connectors.
- Cloud Technology Familiarity: Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and optimization practices.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Able to work across various client needs and adjust solutions accordingly.
- Project Management: Skilled in team collaboration, project-based work, and deadline execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of RevOps metrics: pipeline management, opportunity tracking, service/support.
- Awareness of trends in systems administration, cloud computing, and automation tools.
