Hard skills requirements (including years):

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop and mobile applications using Delphi 11 (RAD Studio).
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Object Pascal code for high-performance Windows applications.
• Modernize and refactor legacy Delphi applications to align with Delphi 11 features and best practices.
• Develop and maintain VCL and FireMonkey (FMX) UI components for cross-platform compatibility.
• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and components into Delphi-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product management to define and deliver software requirements.
• Utilize Delphi 11’s high DPI support, enhanced debugging tools, and language improvements to optimize application performance and user experience.
• Perform software testing, troubleshooting, and debugging within the Delphi IDE and external tools.
• Apply version control practices (e.g., Git, SVN) to manage codebase efficiently.
• Stay updated with Delphi 11 updates, patches, and community best practices to ensure software stability and security.
