Middle/Senior Front-end (React) Developer Offline

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of Redux, HTML, CSS, and browser debugging tools;
• Experience working with Git;
• Practical experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel);
• Ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces;
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment;
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering results;
• Comfortable with iterative and incremental product development;
• Open to collaboration, sharing knowledge, and continuous learning.

Would be a plus:

• Portfolio with complex and visually engaging projects showcasing expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Experience with React Native (iOS & Android);
• Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL;
• Experience working with vector graphics, animations, or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, readable, and reusable code following best practices and testing standards;
• Translate complex UI/UX designs into functional and elegant web/mobile applications;
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements;
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and delivery pipeline coordination;
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve performance bottlenecks;
• Maintain and improve existing codebase by applying refactoring, optimization, and modern standards.
