Qualifications:

• Over 4 years of proven expertise in client-facing management roles (Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.).
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with 2+ years of experience QA or Development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Critical and creative mindset with a track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in managing time frames and budgets.
• Experience in project management within a modern software environment, including the management of technical projects.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Hands-on experience working with REST API.
• Familiarity with Algorithms, Data Structures, and Cloud Solutions.
• Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the intricacies of the OneReach.ai platform.
• Engage with clients to comprehend business needs/expectations and effectively convey them to the solutions delivery team.
• Develop a compelling pre-sales demonstration environment, creating and updating offers to clients throughout all project stages.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities in alignment with customer requirements.
• Take the lead in day-to-day development activities for multiple projects, ensuring meticulous documentation maintenance.
• Consolidate product information from various sources, crafting detailed technical documentation and proposals.
• Exercise control over project costs and profitability margins.
