Coordinator Manager to CEO

Now we’re looking for a part-time Assistant to CEO — someone who can help manage operations behind the scenes and keep things running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and wants to work closely with a founder in a growing tech company. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from research and content to light sales and product coordination, and learn how a tech business works from the inside.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently
- AI (LLMs) proficiency to streamline processes
- Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Email, Figma, Asana, Slack, Notion, Chat GPT o3, Gemini 2.5 Pro
- You have a strong interest in AI, startups, and modern technology, and enjoy staying up to date with new tools and industry trends
- B2+ English level
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO across admin, content, operations, and light sales tasks
- Setting up and connecting lead forms to CRM (e.g. Pipedrive)
- Reviewing sales calls and summarizing key points/questions in Notion
- Drafting emails and outreach messages
- Conducting various types of research
