Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager to join AI and no-code IT company. 
We are building Saas, AI apps, Marketplaces, and other solutions to help businesses achieve real results. We believe in a culture of ambition, clarity, and ownership. Our team members are curious, proactive, and motivated by meaningful results, not just process. 

You will communicate directly with our clients from California, manage the internal teams to keep projects on track, and sometimes participate in testing to ensure quality and functionality before delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and learning about the product delivery lifecycle in a fast-paced industry.

Requirements:

• Experience in Project Management is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours that overlap with both U.S. business time zones (Pacific, Central, Eastern Time) and Eastern European time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with IT services (technical background, experience with no-code platforms such as Bubble) and consulting industry practices is a plus
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions proactively
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines
• Effective negotiator, comfortable in a customer-facing role for projects
• Genuine interest in AI, startups, and emerging technology
• Proficiency with tools including Google Sheets, Email, Figma, Asana, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT (GPT-4 o3),  Gemini 2.5 Pro
• C1+ English level

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients (primarily in California) to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time
• Participate in testing and QA processes to ensure product functionality and user experience before release
• Maintain structured and up-to-date project documentation in tools like Notion and Google Sheets
• Actively improve workflows and support the implementation of scalable internal processes
• Identify bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and adjust plans as needed
