Assist. Head of Sales

IT Delight company is looking for a talented and progressive Assistant Head of Sales. 

Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Good organizational, planning and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail, structured, responsible;
- Great leadership skills;
- Knowledge of English at C1 level.

Responsibilities:

- Do analytics on conversions and average check from inbound traffic;

- Organize and conduct daily meetings with the Lead Generation Managers team;

- Supervise the daily work of the Lead Generation Managers team, monitoring the effectiveness of the execution of the plans;

- Discuss with Head of Sales the performance of the Lead Generation Managers team;

- Provide suggestions and ideas to improve sales;

- Support the Head of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies.
