Product Manager to $2500
About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager or Product Analyst who enjoys understanding user behaviour and turning insights into measurable growth. At Applica, you'll work across a portfolio of top-performing mobile apps, designing experiments and developing strategy through research, data analysis, and clear communication.
We're a low-bureaucracy, high-ownership environment where you'll have real impact across multiple app categories. If you thrive on the ideate-test-learn cycle, this role offers the opportunity to influence product decisions that reach millions of users.
What you bring
Essential experience:
- 2+ years as a Product Manager or Product Analyst, ideally with mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with user research, product analytics, and A/B testing (you know how to design experiments, segment users, and actually interpret what the data is telling you)
- Track record of driving improvements in activation, retention, engagement, and subscription monetisation
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Firebase, Statsig, Superwall, or similar (and you know about remote config)
- Strong communication skills in English - you can tell compelling stories with data
- Solid presentation abilities and stakeholder management (you know how to get buy-in without drowning people in details)
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers
Nice to have:
- Project or account management experience, especially in consulting or multi-client environments
What we offer
Flexibility that actually works: Remote-friendly with flexible hours. Work part-time or full-time on your schedule. We care about results, not when you're online.
Low bureaucracy, high impact: Minimal meetings, no micromanagement. Just a focused team that trusts you to do great work.
Diverse portfolio: Work on top mobile apps across Health & Wellness, Education, Productivity, and more.
Learn from the best: Collaborate with senior product and growth specialists who've been there and done that.
Office options: Premium workspace available in Kyiv & Lviv if you prefer hybrid or in-person work (completely optional).
Competitive compensation: Fair salary plus the satisfaction of working on real growth problems, not vanity metrics.
Your typical day
- Research and discovery: Dive into market and competitor analysis to inform product direction and hypothesis creation
- Data detective work: Analyse user behaviour, segment audiences, and spot growth opportunities hiding in the numbers
- Experiment design: Generate and prioritise hypotheses for testing
- Cross-team collaboration: Work with our UX designer, product analyst, developers, and marketing team to bring experiments to life
- Storytelling: Create clear, compelling presentations to share findings with clients and internal teams
- Ownership: Manage your own workflow and priorities with full autonomy and accountability
- Client partnership: Handle client relationships and account management
- User research: Potentially conduct user research to support our product analyst
If this sounds like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.
