Project Manager

What you'll be working on:

- Being fully responsible for delivering quality projects;

- Manage the scope, timelines, and budget of the project;

- Manage stakeholders’ expectations;

- Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities;

- Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders;

- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed;

- Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;

- Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;

- Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads;

- Team staffing, hiring, attrition control.

Experience that will help you to do the job:

- Hands-on experience with start-up projects (teams of 5+ people);

- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in IT or related fields;

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;

- Experience with Asana and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);

- Superior project and team management skills;

- Strong communication and relationship management skills;

- Budget management experience;

- Risk management skills;

- Experience in hiring people and onboarding people;

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;

- Being proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details;

- Upper-intermediate+ level of English.
