Lead Salesforce Developer Offline
We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join an ambitious new project focused on building an advanced insurance management system. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of technical delivery, mentor a team, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Main Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Apex programming
- Strong experience in building custom UIs using Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and Visualforce
- Proficient in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Connect
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Strong background in Salesforce customization and configuration to meet business-specific requirements
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug using Developer Console, logs, and other tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Written and spoken upper-intermediate English or higher
Technical degree and relevant Salesforce certifications
The Lead role includes the following responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Conduct code reviews, guide architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to align technical solutions with business goals
- Drive planning, estimation, and prioritization of development tasks
